**An overtime will be charged if the agreed tour duration is exceeded at the customer’s request or due to circumstances caused by a service provider hired by the customer.
If a morning tour ends after 1 p.m., an additional fee of € 210.00 incl. VAT applies.
An afternoon tour can start at 2 p.m. at the earliest.
A tour ends at 6.30 p.m. at the latest. I would be happy to provide you with a tailor-made offer for evening tours.
Full day tours on request.
If the tour starts/ends outside of Vienna, a cost reimbursement for the train/bus ticket or similar is required for the outward and/or return journey of the guide by public transport from/to the city limits of Vienna.
A handling fee of € 24.00 incl. VAT is charged for guided tours of Schönbrunn Palace and Hofburg.
There is a 20% surcharge for guided tours on a Sunday or public holiday.
Fee for specialist services such as distinct tailored tours, visits to temporary exhibitions, interpretation/translation or lectures on request.
Extra costs such as admittance fees, bus hire charges, tickets for public transport, lending fees for bicycles, segways, headsets and such are not included in the guiding price.
There are no bilingual tours, each tour takes place either in English or in German.
Terms of Cancellation
up to 15 days before the start of the tour in writing: no cancellation fee
within 14 to 3 days before the start of the tour in writing: 50% of the fee
within 48 hours before the start of the tour in writing: 100% of the fee
Standing time
In case of lateness of the customer the tourist guide is bound to wait for 1 hour at the agreed meeting point. The customer in turn is bound to wait for the tourist guide for 15 minutes. The standing time will be included into the duration of the guided tour.
Hinderance
In case of inevitable hinderance the tourist guide is obliged to arrange for an equally competent stand-in. The contractee is to be informed of this at all costs.
